Symptoms
When attempting to receive all types of transactions the following error is received:
APP-FND-00204: Concurrent Manager encountered an error while running the spawned concurrent program Receiving Transaction Manager - RCVOLTM for your concurrent request 842630.
TM-TIMEOUT.
TM-TIMEOUT.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Purchasing Responsibility
2. Receiving -> Receipts
3. Enter transaction number and click find
4. TM-TIMEOUT error
If using mobile the webpage shows:
Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage
Most likely causes:
- You are not connected to the Internet.
- The website is encountering problems.
- There might be a typing error in the address.
