BOMFDBOM throws error:

FRM-41017: Cannot set UPDATE ALLOWED attribute of non-enabled item B_INV_COMPS.TO_END_ITEM_UNIT_NUMBER..

FRD log file shows that the error is thrown while setting the item properties:
BOMFDBOM, 20, Prog Unit, Entry, -1207191768, /XBOMFMBM1 BOM_INV_COMPS_EVT2/INITIALIZE_BLOCK

Executing FIND_ITEM Built-in:
In Argument 0 - Type: String Value: B_INV_COMPS.TO_END_ITEM_UNIT_NUMBER
Out Argument 0 - Type: Integer Value: 458774

Executing SET_ITEM_PROPERTY/SET_FIELD Built-in:
In Argument 0 - Type: Integer Value: 458774

Error Message: FRM-41017: Cannot set UPDATE ALLOWED attribute of non-enabled item B_INV_COMPS.TO_END_ITEM_UNIT_NUMBER.

Steps:
Navigate to the Bills of Material form, BOMFDBOM, query an item, navigate to component level and error is thrown.
