Symptoms

Creating an instance creates Warranty even if 'Create Contract' checkbox is not checked.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Warranty should only get created if the check box is selected

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to 'Oracle Installed Base Agent User'
2. Create an instance
3. Select an Item that has a warranty in the BOM
4. Leave the Check box 'Create Contract' as blank
5. Click on the Apply button
6. Instance is created click on the Contracts link
There is a Warranty created for this instance
