Concurrent programs 1099 Tape program (APXT7CMT) and 1099 Forms - Comma Delimited Format (APXVDTIN) error with:

REP-1222 Invalid Body Size

Steps to Reproduce:

Payables Manager (N) Other -> Requests -> Run
Submit 1099 Tape program or 1099 Forms - Comma Delimited Format
