Symptoms

When attempting to complete a batch which was released in a period which is now closed, an error occurs. The customer wishes to correct a transaction, but they get the following error:

No open period found for date entered

 

STEPS
1. Create a batch
2. Release a batch
3. Try to complete a batch after closing period of batch release date
