Symptoms

On : 12.0.4 version, Agreements/Blankets/Contracts

Find have Sales Agreement 16477 and when trying to create a release with item CM13139 changing uom from UNI to TAB price should be 2.12 and its showing 2.11

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect price for tab to equal to 2.12..

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Enter Order Management Super User responsibility
Open 16477 Agreement and Create Release against
Enter customer number 1209
Enter CM13139 item and try changing from 1 UNI to 1 TAB and from 1 TAB to 31 TAB see pricing changes
Price per Box its ok
Sales Orders - 83402
Line Items
Main Tab
Line, Ordered Item, Qty, UOM, Unit Selling Price, Request Date, Schedule Ship Date

Price per TAB is wrong
