Symptoms

The following error is reported applying patch3480000


FAILED: file pvxaslog.sql on worker 1

sqlplus -s APPS/***** @/home/DEV/devappl/pv/11.5.0/patch/115/sql/pvxaslog.sql

It errors as follows:
select pv_oppty_routing_logs_s.nextval into l_sequence from dual;

PL/SQL: ORA-02289: sequence does not exist

PL/SQL: SQL Statement ignored
