Symptoms
When attempting to save any receipt on RCVRCERC form the following error occurs.
APP-PO-14142: rcv_receipts_th.insert_header-000: ORA-0000: normal, successful completion.
Cause: A SQL error has occurred in rcv_receipts_th.insert_header.
The SQL error is ORA-0000: normal, successful completion.

Another error message maybe
APP-PO-14142: rcv_receipts_th.insert_transaction-001: ORA-0000: normal, successful completion
Cause: A SQL error has occurred in rcv_receipts_th.insert_transaction. The SQL error is:

Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Receiving > Receipts
2. Query the Purchase order
3. Click on line and save
4. At this moment the above mentioned error occurs
