Find JENOPTGN program does format the bankaccount for BETFOR03 with only 34 characters, while it should be 35. This happens after patch 8555267.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect bank account to consist of 35 chars.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Run JENOPTGN and try to upload to the bank
