12.1 Dispatch Center Error: 'Legal characters are 0-9 %' In The Site Number Field (Doc ID 1072471.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to the enter a search string including alphabetic characters and wild cards (%) in the Site Number field of Dispatch Center the following error occurs.

"Legal characters are 0-9 %"



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select Field Service Manager responsibility
2. Select Dispatch Center.
3. Select View->Find.
4. Select Service Request tab.
5. In the Site Number field, enter any site number with alphabetic characters.
   OR - using the Site Number LOV, select a previously defined site.

Due to this issue, users are not able to search tasks on the basis of valid Site Numbers.

Changes

This issue is specific to environments where data has been migrated from previous releases.  In 11.5.10 it was possible to create a site number using an alphanumeric string.
