Goal
Question 1:
In very rare situations, after the database has been recovered while the Customer Profile Engine concurrent program was running, users may face the following errors when searching a Customer in the Contact Center:
ORA-01578: ORACLE data block corrupted (file # 396, block # 171694) ORA-01110: data file 396: '/u21/oradata/EB11SUP/a_summ01.dbf' ORA-26040: Data block was loaded using the NOLOGGING option FRM-40735: WHEN-NEW-ITEM-INSTANCE trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01578.
