Receipts Workbench: Selecting Second Folder With Query In Receipts Batches Summary Returns No Results (Doc ID 1072619.1)

After selecting a folder with a query in Receipts/Batches Summary form, if a second folder containing a query is selected no results are displayed for second folder.

Responsibility:  Receivables Manager
Navigation:  Receipts > Batches Summary

  1. Click on Open Folder icon
  2. Select a folder with a query
  3. After selecting the folder, the query will return results
  4. From this existing window, select a second folder with a query
  5. No results are displayed for the second folder.

Workaround is to close the form, reopen and reselect folder
