Unable to View Compensation Plan Document Receive Adode Reader Could Not Open File (Doc ID 1072674.1)

When trying to open a Compensation Plan document after adding a plan element that pushed the length of the document beyond 20 pages, the following message is received when trying to open the Compensation Plan:

Adobe reader could not open 'OIC_COMPPLANnnnnnnnn_out[1].pdf' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded.

This issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

(R) Plan Administrator
(N) Compensation Plan and Components
Maintain Compensation Plans
Query back and existing Compensation Plan
Click on View Plan Document icon
