A list of service requests is presented to the user on the Self Service Home Page.
If, direct after the user logs in, the Service requests are accessed and updated without choosing a responsibility first, the following error is given:
API Error: (CS_ServiceRequest_UTIL.Validate_Type): Possible reason for the error include: Responsibility does not have access to the SR type.
If first a responsibility is chosen, like iSupport Employee user, it works.
