Symptoms
After upgrade from Release 11i to Release 12, while completing a Receivables Invoice that was created prior to migration to Release 12 the following error occurs:
APP-XLA-95103: An internal error occurred.
Please inform your system administrator or support representative that:
An internal error occurred in the program xla_events_pkg.update_event.
Event ID cannot have a NULL value.
