Symptoms
On : 12.0.4 version, EMEA VAT reporting
Find that the Spanish Output VAT Journal Report (JEESRRVR) plus the Spanish Inter-EU Invoices Journal Report (JEESRVAR) are missing some transaction so do not match with the Account Analysis Report (GL report) output. .

Expect that Spanish Output VAT Journal Report (JEESRRVR) plus the Spanish Inter-EU Invoices Journal Report (JEESRVAR) output match with the Account Analysis Report (GL report) output information.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run reports : Spanish output VAT journal Report from AR responsibility and the Spanish Inter-EU invoices Journal Report from AP responsibility
2. from GL run Account Analysis Report.
3. match both outputs.
