Unable To Add External Contact To Contract Deliverable (Doc ID 1073903.1)

When attempting to add an External Contact to a Deliverable, no records are returned.

1. Create a Repository Contract, add External Party (Supplier) and External Contacts.
2. Navigate to the Deliverables folder tab and click the Create Deliverable button. Select the External Party.
3. Click on the External Contact search icon and search for a Contact.
4. No records are returned.
