Symptoms
When shipping a Sales Order the status of shipped line is shipped but not Inventory Interfaced. The error shown in the Transaction Interface is "An error occurred while relieving reservations"
Customer investigations show the demand header number seems to be lost.
Order Diagnostics shows that the delivery is Partially Inventory Interfaced the Inventory Interface Process shows the following error message:
