In OTM Version 6.0 when there are two Itineraries each for a different Service Provider and OTM is set to use Rate Preference the preferred rate is not selected.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
---------------------------

1 - Log onto an internal OTM 6.0 system.

2 - Navigate to: Contract and Rate Management > Contract Management > Rate Offering, create the following Rates:

ID: 4_USD
Service Provider: CARRIER_1

From the success Screen create Rate Record:
ID: 4_USD
Cost: 4 USD per mile.

ID: 3_USD
Service Provider: TL_CARRIER_2

From the success screen create Rate Record:
ID: 3_USD
Cost: 3 USD per Mile

ID: 60000 limited to carry 60000 LBS

ID: 70000 limited to carry 70000 LBS

4 - Navigate to: Shipment Management > Equipment Management > Equipment Group Profile and create

ID: 60000, containing the 60000 equip.

ID: 70000, containing the 70000 equip.

5 - Navigate to: Contract and Rate Management > Power Data > General > Service Provider Profiles, create the following:

ID: 4_USD containing CARRIER_1

ID: 3_USD containing TL_CARRIER_2

6 - Navigate to: Shipment Management > Itinerary Management > Itinerary Manager and create the following:

ID: 4_USD

9 - 2 Shipments are built 01259 and 1260 Both using the 4 USD cost.

10 - Adjust the weight of the smallest order to be smaller, so that the 3 orders are larger than the 600000 LBS Equipment and smaller than the 70000 LBS Equipment.

11 - Replan the 3 Orders and the 3 USD rate was used. This is expected as the 3USD rate is cheaper and only one shipment is needed.

Lane ID: 1 (Birmingham to Bristol)
Rate Offering: 4_USD
