EAM - Cannot See DFF In Work Order Material Requirements Screen in Self Service (Doc ID 1074224.1)

Symptoms


A DFF was configured in the material requirement section of the Work Orders screen, EAMWOMDF,  in EAM.  This is working fine from the form.  In Self Service,  the DFF was set as rendered to true.   However, the DFF does not show in the material requirements section of the Self Service Page.  

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1)   Descriptive Flexfield Segments screen for Applications = Bills of Material,  Title = Component Information
Context Field Values = Global Data Elements (Enabled)
                                     3549  (Enabled)
                                   - Segment Summary = AFE Number, Attribute 1 = Displayed and Enabled
2)  WO screen = DFF in Form: Navigation: EAM Super User > Work Orders > Work Orders > New
Enter Asset Information
Define Operation by clicking on Operations:
In material screen, DFF is enabled

3) Now go to self service page:
Navigation: EAM Super User > Self Service Maintenance > Home > Work Order Tab
Click on Create Work Order
Enter Asset Information
Define Operation in Operation Requirement Section
Request Material for Operation in Material Requirement Section
Click on Flexfields
Personalize Page
Complete View & Expand All
Search for Style = Flex
Click on the pencil icon of Flex: (MatFlex)
Change the Rendered to True
Apply

4) Log out of Oracle and re-login to check whether DFF is visible or not.
