Symptoms
On : 12.1.1 version, Pricing, Discounting & Charges
Find having created a manual modifier, after changing the price on a sales order line
as soon as the order line is saved the price reverts back to the original value.
When looking at the view adjustments form, there is no manual modifier applied
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect manual modifier to be applied so the price is retained
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. change the price on a sales order line
2. save line - price reverts to the original value
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot manually change the price as expected.
