Symptoms

Output Post Processor is not picking up requests for processing.

Following error is detailed in the log file:

java.lang.NullPointerException
at oracle.apps.fnd.cp.opp.OPPRequestThread.run(OPPRequestThread.java:166)

Exception in thread "280944:RT12589800" java.lang.NullPointerException
at oracle.apps.fnd.cp.opp.OPPRequestThread.run(OPPRequestThread.java:183)
[1/20/10 6:36:50 PM] [OPPServiceThread1] Service thread has shutdown.
[1/20/10 6:36:50 PM] [GSMServiceController:280944] All Service Threads have completed.
[1/20/10 6:36:50 PM] [GSMServiceController:280944] Service has shut down.
