Symptoms

When following <Note 437878.1> Upgrading OracleAS 10g Forms and Reports in Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12
Part of the upgrade is to redeploy ear file as per "Step 3.8: Redeploy the new Forms EAR file" , <Note  397174.1> Deploying a New Forms EAR File in Oracle Applications Release 12

When running

$FND_TOP/bin/txkrun.pl -script=CfgOC4JApp


the following error occurs.


oc4admin is correct and has been set according to <Note 397174.1> Deploying a New Forms EAR File in Oracle Applications Release 12

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run /txkrun.pl -script=CfgOC4JApp on the applications node.
