On : 12.0.6 version, Collections Performance

Clicking on the Strategy TAB is very slow. The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Responsibility: Collections Agent
2. NAV: Collections Agent -> Collector's Work Queue
3. Select work item
4. (B) Click on Strategy tab
