WMS Pending Transactions Stuck In MMTT For Receipt Or Putaway Process (Doc ID 1075083.1)

Symptoms

Problem

Receiving or Putaway transactions that have already been transacted are still showing in the MTL_MATERIAL_TRANSACTIONS_TEMP table.
All the transactions are related to receiving or putaway.

Steps

The issue can be seen with the following steps:
Inventory management > Transactions > Pending transactions

NOTE: This appears to have been an isolated incident possibly caused by manual update of database tables.
