Enhancement Request:

Procedure: HR_PROCESS_ASSIGNMENT_SS.UPDATE_ASSIGNMENT

Code to be modified: Call to the API hr_assignment_api.update_emp_asg in HR_PROCESS_ASSIGNMENT_SS.UPDATE_ASSIGNMENT procedure to include
p_set_of_books_id, p_default_code_comb_id 

Need to modify the standard API call to include the Set of Books ID and the
Code Combination ID. The result would allow the Set of Books and the Default
Expense Account fields to be updated using Manager Self Service.
