Symptoms

On 12.1 version, When attempting to Apply <Patch 7303033> to upgrade to 12.1.2,
The following Oracle Forms objects does not generate successfully:
cs forms/US CSXSRTSK.fmx
cs forms/US CSXSRISR.fmx
csc forms/US CSCCCCRC.fmx,

The following error occurs.
