An employee is attempting enter his Special Information records in SSHR, which is in the state of 'Save for Later'. From the "All Actions Awaiting your Attention " menu and navigate to the notification, the following error occurs:
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to ESS -> Action awaiting your Attention
2. Click on the 'All Actions Awaiting your Attention' to access the SIT record Saved for Later.
