In Collections, the AR Refresh Summary tables are not getting refreshed after the initial running of the program.
The business events are not updating the AR Summary Tables and Casefolder Data.
There are duplicate records in the AR_TRX_BAL_SUMMARY tables. Only notice the duplicates when there is a last payment.
Receipt business events creating rows in AR_TRX_BAL_SUMMARY table with NULL ORG_ID.
