Symptoms


 After executing autoconfig on concurrent tiers, value of HTML Agent changes to incorrect value.

 The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Run Autoconfig on concurrent tiers
2. Check the value of HTML Agent in Workflow mailer configuration.
