File Export All In One Column In Excel Saves The XLS As CSV By Default (Doc ID 1077114.1)

Symptoms

When doing File > Export, the system saves the file as .csv by default.

The column are supposed to be separated by comma (,) as indicated in the setup, but the comma is ignored.
As a result all the information is being displayed into one single unreadable column with the extension .csv (by default).

This issue only occurs with Framework pages while all the information that is used from the Forms based does provide one with the option of "Do you want to save as ", then the user gets to change the extension to .xls.

Therefore all the information is being saved into columns as expected in a .xls format.
