Symptoms

The following will occur on any and all Oracle Human Resources application versions including
11i   12.0   12.1


When attempting to update Assignment Category information for Terminated/Ex-Employees using 'hr_assignment_api.update_emp_asg_criteria' API,
the following error occurs:
