Purpose
This document gives advise on troubleshooting errors with the 1-1 Fulfillment Server or Oracle Email Center relating to the SMTP Server being used.
Please note when such errors occur they are outside of the Oracle Applications Product.
However this note will assist the on-site Email Server Administrator for the SMTP Server, to diagnose the issue, either manually or by a shell script.
