RCVTXERT: Unable to Find PO Shipment, No Error When Searching (Doc ID 1077402.1)

Symptoms

Unable to find PO Shipments that were delivered using the Receiving Transactions form.  PO Summary and Receiving Transactions Summary forms show that the RECEIVE transaction completed successfully.

There are no errors when trying to find the shipment in Receiving Transactions form.

This can also happen after an ACCEPT/REJECT transaction is completed successfully.

No records are found in RCV_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE table when querying using the PO_LINE_LOCATION_ID or PO_HEADER_ID fields.
