11.5.10: Updating the Email in iStore (profile page) does not Update FND_USER Email (Doc ID 1077513.1)

Symptoms

In Production with SSO integration the email address changes from iStore does not provisioned to OID.

When user first registers via iStore, the email was entered in FND_USER, HZ_CONTACT_POINTS and provisioned to OID -- No issue there.

However, when email address was changed by the user in iStore, this was not changed in FND_USER and not provisioned to OID, but only changed in  HZ_CONTACT_POINTS.
