Goal
The Summary Accounts are created and have assigned Budgetary Controls at the Summary account level for one budget year.
Having created a new Budget for the next year is not possible to assign it to the Summary Accounts because in the account Budgetary control window is not possible to add a new line for the new budget.
How can we add a new line with the new budget for the new year?
