CRM HTML Administration: New Address Created Against a User Becomes Party Identifying Address (Doc ID 1077752.1)

Is it possible to update a contact related address to add a new address, when the contact is created in CRM HTML Administration, without impacting the party identifying address?

(R) CRM HTML Administration
(N) Setup > Users > Registration > User Maintenance
Search for a user and click on the username link to update it.
Delete the data that is on Address1 and enter something completely different.
Click on the Update button

(R) Receivables
(N) Customers > Standard > Enter/Maintain
Search for the customer. The identifying address is now the new address entered in JUMF UI.
