Symptoms

The request IEX: Send Dunning to Delinquent Customers and Oracle XML Delivery process picks ups a template to generate the output which is irrelevant to the template assigned to the aging bucket line in the Dunning Plan or it is selecting the same template for all Aging Buckets.
