Symptoms

On OTM Version 6.0, When attempting to set up Single Sign-on (SSO) with Oracle Access Manager ( OAM ) and trying to log on to OTM, the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up SSO with OAM and try to logon to OTM by logging into OAM
2. See that the error occurs
