Service: Task Note History Incorrectly Displays the Note Type Information under the Visibility Column (Doc ID 1079464.1)

Symptoms

On 12.1.1, when looking at the Note History Details for a Task, the 'Note Type' column is blank and the 'Visibility' column is displaying the Note Type information.

Expected Behavior:
Expect the Note Type column to display Note Type information and the Visibility column to display Private/Public/Publish information.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a Service Request, an associated Task and a Note for the Task.
2. Click on the Update icon for the Task and navigate to the Notes History section
3. The Note Type field is blank and the Visibility field has the Note Type information.
