Symptoms

Landed Cost management ( LCM)  does not work for drop ship Purchase Orders

Need to be able to add LCM type of charges to a drop ship PO. Similar to
standard PO. The only difference is that the supplier is shipping to the customer.

Drop Ship purchase order is standard Oracle functionality.
