Symptoms

On : 12.0.6 version,
Have Kit item with 2 included items stuck in Awaiting shipping status. The item is set as
Non shippable in Item Master and not sure why its waiting for shipping

Observation:

The included items have been shipped and are in Closed status


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the system to progress the order to invoicing as this is a non-shippable item.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User
2. Order Organizer > Sales order > Query order
3. Go to Lines Tab
4. Observe: The orrder line is in Awaiting shipping status while Included items are closed


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot invoice the customer for this non-shippable item as it is stuck in awaiting_shipping.
