Symptoms

In the payments workbench when clicking in payment document list of values the following error happens: FRM-41830: List of Values contains no entries

1. Select Payables Responsibility
2. Navigate: Payments > Entry > Payments
3. Select Payment Type = Manual
4. Select a Supplier
5. Select a Bank and the following error occurs when clicking on Payment Document LOV: FRM-41830: List of Values contains no entries
