Goal
An employee has two assignments.
The second assignment is ended 07-DEC-2009.
The employee is terminated 24-DEC-2009.
Within table PER_ALL_ASSIGNMENTS_F there are two Terminate Assignment records,
one for ASSIGNMENT_NUMBER = 42435 dated 31-DEC-4712
and two for ASSIGNMENT_NUMBER = 42435-2
dated 08-DEC-2009 23-DEC-2009 and 24-DEC-2009 31-DEC-4712
Why are there two Terminate Assignment records created for ASSIGNMENT_NUMBER = 42435-2 ?
