Error Viewing Comments In Knowledge Base. (Doc ID 1081516.1)

On 12.1.1, when attempting to add a Comment to a Solution, when using the View Icon to view it, the following error appears:

You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance,

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Knowledge Base System Administrator, Enter %test% in the Search to find a Solution to add a comment to.
2. Click on a Solution in the Search Results
3. Click on the 'Add Comment' button to add a comment.
4. After the comment is created, Clicked on the View icon to view the comment, get the error.
