Symptoms
When attempting to add a task to a proposal,
the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
Incorrect default owner. Ensure that profiles for defaulting the owner and owner type code are set up correctly.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Proposal Administrator
2. Open Proposal - click on 'Notes and Tasks' tab
3. Click on 'Add Another Row' button
