OSP Work Order Release Error: define a deliver-to location for the PO Move/PO Receipt resource (Doc ID 1083023.1)

Goal

While releasing an EAM Work Order having OSP operation linked, the following error occurs even the owning department of the OSP resource has a location assigned already:

Cannot update work order.

1. The entity with header id () generated the following error(s).

2. You must define a deliver-to location for the PO Move/PO Receipt resource

Cause:
You tried to release a job with a PO Move/PO Receipt resource in one of the operations. For PO Move resource, the department of the next operation or, if this is the last operation, this operation, has no location. For PO Receipt resource, the department of this operation has no location.

Action:
Assign a location to the respective department in the Define Departments form. This will be used as the deliver-to location on the purchase order.

3. ORA-20001: in Package EAM_WO_CHNAGE_STATUS_PVT Procedure change_status

4. The status change for the work order with WIP entity id () has failed.
