Error When Trying to Load Data to HD Schema in Transportation Intelligence

Symptoms

On OTM Version 6.1,When attempting to Load Data to HD using the OTM process, it appears to have completed successfully, but the following error occurs in the logs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Transportation Intelligence -> Process Management ->Transportation Intelligence
2. Click on Load Data to HD
3. Go to the logs and look for the reported error
