Find Service Request Does Not Provide The Correct Results When Entering An Empty Line On The Advanced Tab

Find Service Request form Advance Search is returning all service requests for a given organization when entering more than one condition
Steps to Reproduce:
- (R) Service Responsibility
- (N) Find Service Request-> Find Service Request -> Select an Organization -> Advanced Tab-> enter a one line condition and press Search -> All works as expected.
Add a second line condition however and the search gives all SR's related to the organization
