When attempting to change an Employees Emergency contact details, updating the contacts Title to a title where the gender is different (eg. Mrs to Mr) generates an error. This happens when the change is being updated through the Self Service forms.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee Self Service > Personal Information > Emergency and other Contact Information > Update
2. Update the Title of an existing record, changing the Title to a different gender.
